Chang is co-General Manager of GSHK’s Localization Business. He joined GSHK.in April 2001 from DOS Corporation, where as Executive Vice President of E-business, he led a strategic business unit designed to drive translation automation technology to the web. Chang was Chief Operating Officer of DOS from 1996 to 2000, with P&L responsibility for the company’s worldwide operations. Previously, as Localization Business Manager for Stream Language Solutions, he equipped Stream’s U.S.-based sales executives with the ability to market and sell localization services. Chang was also Managing Director of Stream Language Solutions Netherlands from 1994 to 1995, and served as a Project Manager for INAK International from 1988 to 1992. He served on the Executive Committee of the Localization Industries Standards Association (LISA) from 1997 to 2000 and on the Editorial Advisory Board of Multilingual Computing & Technology from 2002 to 2007. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Four Winds. Chang earned his MBA from Bradford University Management Centre (UK), and earned a BA and MA in English Language & Literature from The Free University of Amsterdam (NL).
