Al Ali has more than 20 years managing global employee development; compensation and benefits and staffing. Prior to joining GSHK in 2000, she was Vice President of Human Resources for DataCorp LLC, company, where she was responsible for all areas of Human Resources including a recruiting team that ramped consultants and engineers to address the largest software and hardware updates and reconfiguration as the globe readied for the year 2000. Prior to CataCorp. LLC, Al Ali worked for companies in the technology services, financial services and insurance industries.
